5 gap to 0 gap?

Anyone here know the difference per regular 85/87 mob SP Exp gain at a 5 gap to a 0 gap? Is it worth it or should I 0 gap it?
EDIT: I'll be 90 BTW.

im not sure about per mob, but you can calculate per level on nivlam.
btw who is your char on sparta?

im not 0 gap, but i know 2 gap gives 106/112 sxp for 85/87 mobs in a 4/4 party at lvl 90

a 0 gap will level 2 times as fast as a 5 gap and will get 1 third as much sp per level.
