Think of it this way, you paid that silk to have it a year before everyone else.

Hey, no one forced you to buy, and they have the right to offer free stuffs.

Yea, it is nice that the costume is free, but I agree with what Blurred stated. The free price comes with a string attached - inability to add blues. Although this isn't confirmed, it makes since since the Angel/devil wings are being sold at the same time with the free costumes.

Now assuming the free ones are able to be blued, I have to say that's f'ed up to the paying consumers. At the same time though, I agree it's their game and they have the ability to sell it for free. In other words I see the validity of Joymax's power to sell these free costumes (assuming they can be blued), but I also see the unethical "f*** you" to the paying consumers involved with this decision.

It's not the money that's being b*tched about. It's the unethical concept displayed by this decision by Joymax. But on the other hand, so are we, here, complaining about their bot bans and traffic server, but we still buy their silk ROFL. All in all we'll whine now, but that won't change much.

I feel the same way.. so does a few guildies. Its like.. wtf. If I could've predicted Joymax was ganna give them for free a year later with blues or not I still wouldn't buy it. I bought that shit, because

1)It looked cool.
2)It doesn't expire

@Above.. Lets see you spend $18 and later on you could get it for free. Maybe not with the exact thing that you got or exactly the same.

This will never happen. When silkroad was new you could do that but then CCF started. People was selling premium items and then chargebacking their money.

You, like everyone else, is so focused on the "end destination". You are complaining that they are free "now", but you paid to have that item for a year. You have used that item, enjoyed it and got what you wished out of it. By them giving away some free items ( which every player wont have a full set of ) it still doesn't effect your game play directly. You still have your item and you have still had it for "xx" amount of time. Stop being selfish and be happy that some servers / people who could never get it now have the chance to.

No one is being selfish. Put it this way, lets say you bought a car for $50,000 with hard earned cash. Now, what if the same company that sold you the car GIVES me the same exact car for free. How would YOU feel? Get my point?

Obviously it's only $20 were talking about, but its your money that you've spent. Its like saying, "Lets give out free premiums because some people never had em. The payed user(s) enjoyed it, so lets give non-silk buyers free premium!!"

I would not care at all.

I brought that car knowing perfectly well in my mind that this is the car i want. I'm happy with buying it for $50,000 and i want to conduct this purchase. Now after i have acquired the car and they want to give it to someone else, they can. If someone else gets a free car it doesn't effect me and my driving experience at all, i still get what i wanted. Actually in all honesty i would want them to give free cars away to people, $50,000 is a lot of money and most people won't feel the happiness that i do for owning such a nice car. This way other people get to own one when they couldn't before and i will draw happiness out of that.

And you really are being selfish and resentful. Just because someone does a nice deed in this world you get pissed off because it doesn't benefit you in anyway. How about you be happy that some other people in this game aside from you get something they have always wanted, ok? The world doesn't revolve around you mate, start to realize that. Chances are they will be trade able and you can sell the suits you pick up for gold ( since you have one already ) and as a result you will gain something from it. Oh but thats not good enough for you, is it?
