SO i was inactive for a few months, and my storage character was banned, I really don't know why...but he was banned. I did not multi client or use a bot, seeing as how he was level 3...

Has this happened to anyone else? have they been able to get them unbanned? Where would i contact joymax for this.

Thanks for any help

I think Joymax bans accounts that are inactive after a set amount of time

Try Silkroadonline.net or Joymax.com

You get banned for not buying silk and being inactive faster then doing anything so called illegal things in sro.

Not really, I had an account that was inactive for over a year, and it wasn't banned.
Or maybe JoyMax loves me?

I have two stall chars on Xian that have never had silk and are still not banned. One has over a billion gold on it. Just sitting there... rotting away. I keep hoping that JM bans them cause there isnt anyone left on Xian to give my stuff to but nope, there they are.

You used to bot on eldorado if I'm not mistaken, with that ohNo char. So I'm sure the ban was accurate done from JM.

It's a bad choice to keep all your gold and resource in a sub-account that u don't play :|

Depends on, if you bot with your main char, you want your gold safe right?

Im not accusing anyone

And what of gold bots that purchase silk pets. Have they been banned yet? No. And of the many old school botters that still buy silk. Have they been banned? I think that the lack of bans for silk buying (gold) bots, more than anything else, proves that Joymax will not ban a current silk buyer unless they charge back. Joymax bans inactive accounts; an account that is inactive but has not been banned is not proof that Joymax does not ban inactive accounts. Of course; one will never believe until their account becomes a casualty. No, this is not the right section.

Q&A.
The best you can do is ask Joymax; the next time you have a question about your banned account consult http://www.silkroadonline.net or the Q&A section on SRF.
