LOL, that sh*t is funny.
Pretty much explains basic Chinese builds and jobs that one can acquire. Then goes on to explain all the downsides of the game. i.e. leveling up, lag, DC, etc.

But better then all, you have to wait 4.000 hours to enter in game and if the conection goes down for 2 seconds, you got d/c. 4.000 hours after you are death, have lost all you experience and have -10% exp. *insults*

Well the guy is speaking spanish i happen to know spanish since im latin he is just cursing haha lol
