Maybe he's hiding the build, I mean I've seen a lot of INT based builds that was somewhat unique.

Roughly 31k is maxed, so I don't see how you can call 30.5k low especially when we don't have GDFs. If you meant my MP, I'm missing 7 int and the 1.8k mp on my gear. Chest and pants are kinda new.
My theory on alchemy is just to get the blues, as close to max as possible and the white stats is a must fix once blues are at 80%+. I've never found the extra MP helpful, but I do plan on adding it later.

btw mp is helpful for being able to use snow
