This is too funny I had to make a post on it. Truly brings back memories of sro for me.

Fly and nightbloom were str bladers. Which, along with str glaive, were the OP builds in the game. They did a lot of hunting on xian I believe in particular. You can't mention one without mentioning the other lol.

I took a look at Fly's profile and found some interesting stuff.

Before I started playing sro, I actually read this exact guide!

Now Fly and nightbloom mostly went on and on about how they were legit and how horrible botters were.

One day, a conversation or something of the sort that included nightbloom was recorded I guess, and made public. Basically, it became well known that the two were liars and cheated probably the whole time! Go figure!

Some guy made a rap using the audio which is centered around nightbloom bragging about how her "system doesn't get like, bogged down" in reference to multi client use or whatever.

This is the thread here, which I guess is locked. Reading thru, it looks like Fly got a tad upset and made what appears to be his last posts on the forum.

i dont hear from them much but used to be good friends with them during xian they where wkd good people and they never botted on the accounts fly or nightbloom but thats all il say on that come venus they got too controling and basically became hypocrits after that they moved to aion yes? Actually reason the legit community was so succesfull on venus was probably because Avalon from the 1st day on fought bots and made very clear who ruled. Also the fact that Euro game-play at that time reduced the advantage of botting quite alot. I remember Khaara,Corrupt, Lemonkiss, Fly, NIghtbloom,Guardia and spanktastik taking on 4 parties at the same time and still win. Because they made such an effort in fighting botters other legits would come and actually having a fun time lvling at for example Penons. To later join in the fight vs botters (which I count myself under) and ofcourse you would accept the rules cause they made the server fun, I actually never 'read' rules cause its just to obvious and common, dont cheat, play fair and you wouldn't have to read em lol.

Anyway I always laugh when people who didnt try the server make critics on the rules and comments like big brother is watching U. Yeah sure lol, watching what? The rules should not even be needed, Avalon had a pretty easy concept: We want to create a nice fair and legit server. Now ofcourse there were rules you cannot bot/scam or support them. Dont like it dont join.

Ya, I remember Fly back on Xian. I think I got ganked by him and Nightbloom once when I was a noob trader (back when the cap was 60).
I think what they did on Venus was very admirable. It really sparked a second age of SRO. That Avalon union was the biggest thing since the days of xlaw, deranged, bha, and theempire.
Kindof sad to log into these forums today and barely know anybody. Makes me wonder what happened to people like Draquish and SuicideGrl...

I've noticed the problem, as many have said before. As soon as Fly/NB or Avalon is mentioned a flamewaar i bound to happen.

I didn't know this before, ...now I know, now I'll never make a similar thread again. For I've learned by my mistakes.
