Yea revive is pretty much dead only 2 people joined after monk left, and they were lvl 1 and im pretty sure they quit already,i think we just had to many guilds join the union to quickly and now we have 5 half active guilds, instead of 2 really active guilds.

Personally i think the best way to do that would be to take rebirth and a second guild(the closest one to lvl 5) and have everyone join those 2 guilds.(3 guilds if necessary) but that means that some people will be guild-less for 3 days.

It would have to be incredibly organized for it to work. if you guys wanna do it, ive got a few ideas about it, i could be on alot making sure people get back into there guild after the 3 day wait.

the merging guilds into 2 guilds wont work as most of the guilds in the union werent created for the sole purpose of the rebirth idea they just got added to union along the way so i wouldnt expect them to want to let all there players leave there guilds in the 1st place tbh

but revive is allmost dead so i say give the guild to a second character and let all the actives come to rebirth.
if rebirth is filled up nicely someone can pick up revive again.
thirdheaven is allso highly active and our lvl partys. (muiji/penon) so we can pt with them alot.. the rest of the guild i dont hear alot of.. like illusion rarely and tanta the same.

that sounds like a good idea twinkle, which is what im going to do. so all people in revive, you should leave now so you can get the 3 day waiting period over with. i think ill just give the leader ship back to monk so if/when he comes back he will automatically have it.

Positive in some ways, negative in others; example for a guild war. People with Prem go offline, get kicked and join other Guild easily without any problem...

Pick a great leaderr,set a set of standards and join eachother to achieve your goals.

I'm on Iris server ~1 year before Rebirth union after all.
I've seen guilds become great and others become inactive.

U don't understand guildmorale,inactive guilds regardless of having a good time die a slow but steady dead,thats what I was implying.
Avalon didn't remotely have the inactivity Rebirth has.

But good that ur doing it,except different competetent leaders should take the lead,i'd recommend Itsune if she still actively plays..

Oh and im not randomly talking im in the guild since ~week 1 to see everything first hand.

Hypocrits,doublestanderds by leadership,bowing down to peer pressure,I've seen it all.

Offcourse u'll deny this,but u better take it as criticism to improve,cuz thats what its intended to be,seeying Rebirth union succeed is supposedly the dream of pretty much everyone in this thread,including me.

well.. rebirth is pretty active so i dont know why people saying we are not.. i asked the actives in revive to join rebirth..
i had a guildban session last night and have 20 open spots now:)
@ strago i think the inactiveness is about your timezone.. so try to recruit people who live in your time.
i just hope we can cut through this^^ i have awesome partys everyday im online and even if we only have 10 core members we can still make it:)

who me? i dont know. i may. i dont have the open schedule to party play often so i feel like a burden to a guild that intends to party alot. i have pm'd ltsune and asked him to let me have the guild and i was going to try to do some clean up and maybe minor recruitment. if that dont work i would consider joining.

If I can get ltsune to give me the guild, I could always be used as a buffer for other guilds in the union. Like if a lvl 11 wants to join rebirth, you could direct them to me and I could hold them till their 5d or so and then send them your way. If we can herd all the newbs in one location, this may encourage early partying. Just throwing an idea out there.
