You can´t get more than 47% reduce after first +6 (and more) fail tho. I failed +6 and more A LOT times without steady/immo on items and never got more than 47% reduce. When it fails second time, it goes 6x %, third time it goes over 90%.

The ones you buy don't break.
The ones you get from drops actually can break. Very small percentage but its happened to numerous friends of mine over the years.

He meant that immortal bought from item mall makes the item invincible. And that items with immortal on as a drop can break (Which is total BS, imo)
