90 Cap= Chinese Ownage?

you've gone all bragging about wat you can do, but here in Rome, I've seen clerics and wizards OWNING FULL SUN chinese FULL farmed players when those clerics and wizards were NOT full farmed... You just gotta use your character and skills well enough to get wat you want... Clerics don't have criticals, second, pure offering in a instant kill for a full sun most of the times... and yeah, 27k HP isn't normal, you sure had some cleric buffs on... Well, it's pretty off topic... I was looking for an answer to the damage and defense factors whether they're gonna get decreased/inreased at lvl90.... but you all just flamed and bragged... and oh btw, for the chinese, don't rely too much about the 300 mastery limit... You gonna end up 1 day having two mastery trees, so think about it bladers, are you gonna get fire or cold?

Hopes someone answers my question about damage and defense factors...

I would post pics for you but I cant get them to show up in my threads, here it goes, as of right now (i used the last of my SP ) this character took 215k sp total.

my mastery is lvl 80 for wizard
all my skills are maxed except I never got the lvl 60 earth skill (ground wave) since its 325% which is weaker then earth shock at 390% and never got the lvl 60 lightning (chain lightning) since no KB and was weak anyways, and with both the lvl 80 skills rock and you can keep lvling earth shock and charged wind all the way to lvl 72, but i havent yet got lvl 80 blizzard since I didnt lvl my snow wind to lvl 14 (lvl 11) since I used frozen spear all the time grinding since it has such a low mp consumption, but I picking up the final 7k sp needed very slowly (3 weeks)

for cleric I have lvl 60 mastery, with 2 resses, the normal one and reverse oblivion, the int and str buffs, holy word (self buff), bless spell (self buff), recovery division (self buff), and the last 2 beside the self and group heal ones are body and soul bless, all are lvl 60 skills

bard I have lvl 20 for the 30% speed increase and lvl 30 noise, so the annoying earth ghosts stay away when in job war for pvping, but am really thinking about delvling and taking cleric to 80 since the drug of wind are very cheap and I have bought 100's of speed scrolls.

The three things that will make chinese tank a little more in 90 cap are the guards of fire and ice and the mana shield. Once we get on the higher caps though they will have to choose between fire and ice and we are once again going to have rogues and warriors doing high dmg to al the fire glaviers. But again...wizards will have a harder time because of these buffs.

BTW, I notice not many wizards are using their earth barrier, but at level 80 that's a 20 second mana shield. That should be plenty of time to kill someone/land fear on them, especially at level 80 with 2 types of fear.

Chinese get new skills, but you guys need to realize something. Level 80 euros are much much better than level 79 euros...or much^99 better than lvl 75 euros. Since most update skills start at 76+, euros don't really get good until they are farmed to at least 80. Now here is a question for you, who do most general parties have either chinese or euros? It's probably not because of ingame racism..it's mostly because a sosun chinese does less dmg than a wizard without life control, so euro parties don't take in chinese, and chinese parties just can't get a euro in because euros won't join...


A cleric at level 80 just gets super support with healing orbit... and mass holy .....

but i agree, euro is much better in pt... chinese characters can better sologrind...

actually ice blader makes a great tank sometimes, because even though it doesn't hold onto monsters well, it slows them down a lot so they usually die before they agro on to any wizards. Plus, you don't have to worry about healing them and can concentrate on making sure your int's don't die.
Still euros are indeed better in parties I think if played right. Anyway, I don't care what the rest of you say, rogues and wizards really do need a nerf. You think just cause Joymax tested it they are balanced, when a far better company (Blizzard) has overpowered classes of its own? I can't even get started listing some of those incredibly cheap dagger passives
