That's ALOT of guilds if so... I guess it's good, seeing as that way you are almost assured to be allowed to fight in the battle. I likey.

To all of you "hopefuls"....

This is not the 90 cap. Sorry to be a burden bringing the truth, but stop thinking this is the 90 cap cuz it isn't. 90 cap will be legend III probably.. which will be along sometime in jully or so. i think the biggest reason for 90 not being here yet is because joymax wants to give euros a chance to catch up still.. Most euros aren't even close to 80 yet.

can someone clarify something bout this, Joymax is vague as usual

are the taxes applied to NPC's only for Saturdays? thats kinda what it sounds like, but could you imagine a 20% tax on ur pots forever?

It says the War will be each Friday (Silkroad standard time).

What TIME on Friday (Silkroad standarad time) do you think they will make it?

I hope it's like 15:00+ On Friday... or else i won't be able to play coz' of school.

Maybe by Friday (SST) they mean Friday 00:00 ? So Thursday midnight.

What do you think o.O?!

Not sure what all the excitement is...

Just wait until its implemented,

Paying 20% Tax and you'll all be whining.

Finding out the bot / gold buying unions will own the forts every week. Botters AFK while grinding, but they do show up for wars. Every Friday they will rape.

Anyone who types, oh we will have better strategy and team play is a moron. Its Silkroad, this isn't Chess or some RTS game, its simple brainless SRO. Legits do not play the game better than AFKers.

90 Cap like Sama said. So what if they don't have Sun. They still will have all +6 Gears and +9 or +11 weapons.

We'll see.

But this is the update that will probably make me quit. The Honor system not so bad. The Jobbing is ok, considering not many people are active

They have all day Saturday to adjust the tax. From Saturday (23:59) the tax will be locked and they cannot change it. For the next 7-days , the tax will be that price.

This is to stop the defending guild from making taxes -20%... buying pots... then back to +20%. If they have any decency, they will make it -20% all week, so that they themselves don't have to pay more.

You are right there. I kept telling my guildmate who is a noob btw

the same. Why would they raise 90 in a short time after they put a new race which is like opeing a lvl 80 cap for them right away. They will sure take time to raise the cap, probably in the next summer or fall.

how to explain this easy.
Friday silkroad time means you visit joymax.com or silkroadonline.net and check for the time since your time isn't their time, so it probably starts at 00:01till 23:59

about the castle war i might have to check it out before i judge it i hope it does not end like any other war in silkroad that you simply camp safezone spots and keep your clerics/bards/warriors there to help the suns, if its not then you actually will require some communication a thing only couple guilds use therefor it can make some random good teamworking guilds win it, but i doubt it :roll:

What time will the war be on Friday?

The War also has a completely different area. There will be no outside clerics and no safe zone camping. This will truely decide the strong-powers of the server.

PS. My time is SST ^^ As of today... Wee.

its probably the whole day i guess, if its 1 specific time in Isro it would mean only couple guilds would always dominate it since rest cant show up anyway

the extra price for for their pots wont compare to the amount of gold they will receive for 1 weeks worth of pots from ever player in Hotan...thats prob close to 50-100mil just in 20% increase. i personally buy about 1-1.5mil in pots every 4 hour grind

EDIT: 50-100mil now seems kinda low when i think about it

100% Positive it isn't all day. 24Hours of war would be torture lol.

It would be 1-3 Hours Duration. That way it remains fun to play and something to look forward to.

I am GUESSING, it will be around 18:00 (SST). Possibly a little, later like 21:00 (SST).

That's my ideal time, and also probably the most likely.

*EDIT: To the above... I realise that, but there is also the fact that the entire server will oppose a +20% tax rate. It SHOULD be roughly even, that would be fair on both sides. Hopefully the botters don't get too greedy.
Kal Online had the tax system.. And the defending alliance rarely places the tax high. It is usually a little below even.
