Oh ps, tell the GM's on behalf of the community ( AFTER you win or loose ) to get their act together. Make it dramatic.

Ok, so I promised to talk about the changes from last year's format.
Last year, they paired us up for the matches and then had 4-5 matchs and the top points from all the matches combined advanced.
This year, everyone was playing solo so you didn't have people watching your back for you so you had to be very aware of what was going on.
Last year, every mob was dropping SoSun witht he uniques dropping lots of them. This year, only the uniques were dropping at a good rate and there was a mixture of SoS, SoM and SoSun, so you had to sort through what you picked up. Also last year, you could build zerk very fast from killing any mobs. This year, the mobs hardly gave you any zerk. However, unlike last year, mobs could drop "Berzerk Regeneration Potions" along with 100% hp/mp pots and damage scrolls and such. The zerk potions had a 2 minute cooldown and would fill up your bar to full when used. The 100% hp/mp instantly filled your health and mana up. I had a damage scroll in the last round but I forgot to use it
This year, the uniques had a shitton of health compared with last year. It was basically impossible to kill isy and a waste of time if you tried. Had to get gear from TG/Ureuchi and their spawns if you could at the beginning.
Matches were 25 minutes long and at aroud the 10 minute mark everyone was teleported to the nachal room with the huge statue to fight it out.
There were 14 people there. They were split into group A and group B each with 7 players.
Each group played one round with 7 people, then the top 4 from that round advanced. Those 4 then fought and the winner of that was the one who went to korea. So the group A winner and group B winner will be partners in Korea.
All in all, I enjoyed this GNGWC even more than last year. The lack of building zerk and having to sort through the gear was annoying, but it made it more of a challenge and you had to use your zerk and 100% pots wisely.
