They didn't ban for 1* popping, as some post implies.

They banned because the monster scrolls were bugged, and the mobs never disappeared. Clearly says that on the new on silkroadonline.net. Don't mistake and assume Joymax is taking a stand against 1* popping. They issued a statement saying it was acceptable before, and part of the 'triangular conflict system'.
