You're telling me that Hackshield is any good? Why did I, who didn't use 3rd party programs and was a silk buyer banned, but not the boters from my guild? I'm starting to think that my ban was just a random ban after all.

K I checked it and yes it does say how long you get banned in each stage, but in the Terms itself it says nothing about sharing accounts being illegal. But still, even if it is why are my chars not banned yet? Because I'm sure I 'shared' them with over 10 people in the last years, maybe even months.
I do know the reason for legit bans. If you closed your client via task manager (not via in-game menu) you've been banned. Yeah, stupid, but it just suits Joymax. ^___^

Agreed. There is not anything in ToS against account sharing. If you think it over you will see it would not have sense, you can share a bank account to anyone you want to but can not do that with a SRO account? GMs are telling that "you should not..." but ToS /= GMS' words. Note that.
