ya i think is unfair that you play for 2 years and you get facerolled by some newb who was lucky as hell in finding sun but now that is fair game since all have a chance.
can some1 give me the details on how the sun buying works ?
You buy tickets from the item mall (1 ticket for 10 silk) you go to the magic pop lottery thing located at the trade shop in dw/hotan and between the herbalist and grocery in jangan. You talk to it and you get a window where you can select the price you want to play for, then you drag a ticket in the slot between the two red parts and hit start. Rinse and repeat untill you get the item you want. After it's done you get a green or a red coupon. The green ones means a loss and the red one is a win. Then you go to Gori, located at the fountain in hotan/jangan and next to the blacksmith in dw. Talk to him and he'll trade it for the item you won (if it was red) or for a random item that can vary from subscript tickets, to elix, to 9d luck stones, to zerk potions, to hp scrolls and 8d SoS items.
You might get it within 5 tickets, but it could take over 2k silk on the other hand. It's still all luck (something I don't have on my s/s char).
oh that is awful dude i dont enjoy blindly throwing money away, that being said i dont mind spending 500 bucks for a nice character ( mine is also s/s ).

Hey criterion, yeah I kept fable going all these years, even have the same grant name Pure gave me lol. I wish you had left that duped gold in guild storage for me though lol.
Yep Im willing to pay a certian amount of dollars to have my character pimped out, I will get the shield to and possibly the garment body. As long as you get enjoyment from something its worth paying. Yeah some people get lucky and get it on the 5th try others have spent 2k silk and not got there wepon.
Nah i wont try mangyang damage untill im 100 ff hehe.
Just got all whites 60% now, working on getting magic attack 80%.

Did you up the crit? I got mine +5 finally ><
Yeah I got critical to 13 but it says 58% anoyingly while all my other whites say 61% it ruins the look lol.

You are my idol. I just got my sun sword yesterday, gonna try and get all 60+ %s but I'm a failure at alchemy lol so we will see how it goes. If you still talk to PuRe tell him I said hello. Doubt he remembers me though
Is it just me or do all the POP weapons go straight to +8 then fail +9? The Staff on Aege is +8, yours is +8, failed +9, thread on rev6 which goes +8, fails +9. Gratz on the weapon and the glow. The Sun Staff on my server is bugged, its +8, but has no glow.
hmm interesting... yeah it came as +3 and went +8 in 5 elix I couldnt belive it either, it did feel bugged i should have tried +9 there and then before joymax patched the game. who knows lol.

Im old skool Ongs didnt exist when this char was made. So I have to farm each cap, Im completely farmed to 91 though all cold light and sword skills even the useless ones lol.
