In fact a long time ago I saw a thread in the forums here about the legitimacy of being leveled by bots who invite you to their exp share parties because they are afk. In the whole thread not one person was against the idea. Every single response was uniformally summarised by "fck bots take advantage of them". I wish i could recall the thread title to link it.

But just for you I will write this again for you in bold ok... again no hard feelings but your just not reading my posts at all:
-I am 90 ff just like you. I got 90 ff without plvl or bot or anything.
-I do not join gold bot parties to level my char!

Try to understand I am just saying it is impossible to level effectively anymore at any area around hotan so I do not agree with this but I can understand it.

I created that topic.

I called you that not because of what you do in game but because of the values you're showing. Just remember it's not only impossible to grind around hotan. Every spot of Roc is covered in bots. What will I do when trying to level there? By your logic I should be powerleveled by a bot. Then it continues on..and on, and never stops. By the end you'll be 90 FF without grinding at all.

That thread you made is an older version of a similar topic, the one I recall was talking about a person who was partied in 8 man but eventually the party was full of bots afk and acting dumb so he just stopped fighting and went afk for a few hours in a safe spot.

He gained exp for free and drops for free but his attitude was simply "fk em".

You comment on the values I am showing but I think I am just displaying that I am open minded about the situation. I think this is a grey area just like the topic you created. So I cannot say blatently that it is wrong nor can I say it is right.

It is the same with making bots level 15 murderer and taking their items, people also consider this very grey. Hell some people comment that its outright stealing and worse than botting.

I think people need to make their own choice on it and I think the rules of this forum agree with me on that.

Hell yeah, I was playing Oasis before Venus and I was just against plvling and taxis back then as I am now. Basically ruined the party system with plvling and the inevitable taxis that soon came after. I can remember when you could hang out at the pvp spots and not be spammed with PMs from some random player you've never met to level them. Can also remember a time when you could recruit low level players into your guild/union and not have them beg you constantly to level them even after you've told them you wouldn't. Level yourself, it's not that hard.

I have no desire to ever get power leveled. I just find it boring to just sit on a horse letting someone else do all the work. BORING!

I've been offered power level from union mates several times and always turn them down. People often laugh at me and call me a noob because I turn down power level. I'll never understand how I'm a noob just because I like to actually work for my levels.

I still think power leveling is basically the "legit botting" if there is such a term... You're still getting exp for doing nothing, and can do it afk just like botting (assuming the plvler doesn't let your horse die).

You want to be powerlevelled or not starts to be like i'm taxied or not. But I have to say as non taxi user nor pwlevelling user that all the talks on forums about ong levelling as ultimate levelling up method are pushing newer players into the powerlevelling system. I'm on a newer server, new players drop in, ask for levelling and when you say "no, go killing mobs yourself" you're an ingnorant and they start flaming at you because on that forum they tell... and that other one they telL.......

Who is able to level up 11 levels above you? Players 20 levels above you. How did they get that level? Probably because of bot.

I earn perhaps 500 k as trader from jan to constanz 1* lowest level. But it takes me 2 hour and in the same time I'll go for a levelling taxi that gives much more gold and I'll not loose a trade.

And the game has nothing to do with hooking up, it has to do with fun.

I find that a bit sad... People still want to party grind on sungs into their mid 40s? Aren't sungs lvl 36/37? If I'm still grinding sungs when I'm lvl 45, just shoot me.

Maybe I look at things differently. I'm an xbow rogue and I grind solo. I use SOX, so I often grind on mobs 5-8 levels above me, especially if that mob doesn't have giants or champs, like at maongs. Although if I was to join an auto share party, I'd still join a party with mobs a few levels above me that I can still kill in 2 hits but get good exp out of.

So this it at penons eh? I bet there's some 55+ in your party stealing all your exp, you'd be much better off grinding for the time spent in that party. What's the point in it? I can imagine you just sitting in front of your screen watching yourself getting plvld, watching your exp bar go up by 1% every hour. You'd be better off grinding!

And besides, I didn't get plvl for 2 days straight like he did, I grind for a few hours a day and get plvld while I sleep. And as I've stated in another thread, I got sick of all the plvling and wanted to handgrind.
