Can't blame all the euro characters for that.

In my personal experience glaivers aren't hard no matter what they wear.. bladers are harder yes, but you should be able to kill them within 5 minutes even if they use snow.
There's only one person I can think of on my server who is a total potwar.. livestoned aka niki aka jeff - force blader. Can't use bleed, or dull + bind combos because he can cure them really fast.

We should stop treating people like objects, or at least treat our objects with more respect.

Trust me, weymouthhall is very very strong, and have amazing switching skills, but also have godly set. I pretty sure he could own you.

And I have to admit the only ones, as a warrior cleric myself, that I have had trouble killing is glaive in rediculous armor, blader, and pretty much any good char in snowshield (prot glaive force with snow, s/s snow)
However, I don't lose often. I have died a few times, even split a series with a glaiver 4-4 once. TBH, im not gonna call warrior cleric the best build out there, but in even 1v1 with similar gear the war cleric will win most of the time.

How about we start another colony on a new server Fly. And pretend it's as strong as the others so we can talk about how good we are? Sounds fun ye.
EDIT* Hang on I'll give the game some credit. There is some skill involved. The skill level to reach peak though is so small that anyone can pick it up in a matter of hours to days. Once you learn when to press 2 and when to press 3 there is no better way to do it. The situation is the same every time. The way to beat someone is the same every time.
The only time that a different situation is presented is through the use of randomized blocking and critting. But that detracts from the idea of a skillful game. There should not be luck involved in a game requiring skill.
Well this is retarted, if you are implying that you can pick up when to do a certain skill in a certain situation. That applies to anything in life, from playing Basketball to boxing. You always pick up when to do a certain thing at a certain point. There is skill within the game and people with your mentality are what makes up 95% of the Silkroad population, making my 88 blader a$$ own so many with a crappy set.

Every 2h skill except triple has a chance to interrupt the opponents attack while doing 6-9k normals with 15+k crits and still able to cast skins so you nuke them for 5-9k while having 30k+ hp...I'd say that's pretty crazy.

SRO, the home of STR nukers.nohunta wrote:Euros are overpowered period. It's overpowered until they dont get a 2nd class.
imo, this would make the game more interesting.
Cavalorn wrote:Warrior-Clerics are overpowered. Its pure str, but hits like a nuker lol. With crits its even more. Almost every skill they have can interrupt their opponent. +recovery division and other stuff= auto pot. Bless spell=god mode 1. Skins= god mode2. With sprint assault, they can close the gap between them and the opponent in every few seconds with a chance of stun...
+ My favuorite: With the crit passive (which is already overpowered) and 100% crit in the weapon at lvl 90 they have 24 critical. (which is far more than you can ever reach even with a sun weapon...) . Oh wait rogues with 100% critical in weapon have 25 crit !! Thats +1 lol.
So with a 2H sword you can hit almost as accurate as a dagger?
Im not even talking about warrior-warlocks, because what they are doing, is not even pvp lol.
You dont even have a chance to move because they are so "skilled".

So much skill pressing 12345 for 5 hours. Then pressing 2,3 to luckily crit some nub 5 times ina row. Dam straight your blader pwns a$$ bitch.
Comparing a skill that recquires hard work and practice to perfect is just a little different to pushing a button. Nice try though.

No matter how you phrase it - you are always doing the same f*cking thing in SRO. The PvP is so generically single phased. You will always press 2,3 and hope for a lucky crit or two in a row to finish off an opponent. As i said if you bothered to read the thread the only slight skill involvement is timing. So seriously mate, shut the **** up clueless idiot.
EG. 2 Glaive users face to face - whoever crits first or more in a row will win. Or rather whoever gets to stun then crit will win. There is no skill involved in that. Literally NONE. Whilst other builds are often more "Skillful" and i use the term very loosely, they too are just single minded button mashing in the end.

I must dissagre ... Warrior/Cleric is not just button humping ...
Next to Rogue/Cleric and Warlock/Cleric its the most skill-required build to play...
Ofcourse if playing propperly ... skill in this game comes at Euros ...
Weapon Switching, fast renewing of healing cycle etc etc... You can learn that in 2-3 days like you can learn how to play Blader or Glavie.
Usually when I play my Warrior/Cleric, it depends on me will I lose, or not (<- I think that for alot of Warrior/Clerics this sentance will be fimiliary)... If I make mistake I'll lose, if not, I win ...
Its ALWAYS like that, ofcourse if we are at same level and gear is somehow balanced.
