It did launch. Was only for some months, but seeing as nobody really played the game enough and because it was full of bugs, they closed it down.

Still...the people who would have been drawn to it first (SRO fans) realized its garbage...And players who don't have an SRO history have better options out there for mmorpg gaming....So its not a surprise at all that this game died so soon...SRO is truly dead...The only real replacement in my mind is Archeage online...
