Scammer on Eldorado

Egyptionking - wanted to buy my wolf, offered 400k, 3 weapon elixirs and 3 shield elixirs. Switched one of the weapon elixirs for an accessory elixir. Yes, I did check and no, I would not have hit confirm if it wasn't for the lag! He managed to switch elixirs when I had already clicked on confirm. >_<

Sure, it's a small scam, but someone who will scam you out of 200k will scam you out of 200 million if they get the chance. Never accept trades with Egyptionking.

Same goes for Wildswan, who apparently does the same thing.

Sure, it's a small scam, but someone who will scam you out of 200k will scam you out of 200 million if they get the chance. Never accept trades with Egyptionking.

On Sparta, Max_97, claims that he can make my lvl 24+3 sos spear to be +7 and then invited me to his party... I of coz refuses coz there is no way we can +7 just by dropping and picking up an item. At first I thought he might suddenly open a monkey scroll or smthing. This cleared my suspicions, thx!

EDIT: NuKer_T_T is also a scammer. He use claims to sell lvl 16+5 sos sword for 500k and then swaps it with a normal weapon. His main is PureMagic (someone announced on global). Is on Sparta server, btw.

This guy will say he is an architect that makes 700 bucks a week and spends 200 dollars on silk. LAME ASS Biznatch that "sells" 100 silk for 1mil gold. DOnt trust his lies .

lol there are new tipe of scammers/hackers on babel server and whole guild is in that scamm..

Name of guild is "DarkWolF_Fr" and main char for that scamm is their

GM with IGN "AdS_FR".

so here are some screen shots of that..

basicly they are yeling the link for "free bot" which is just a page with log in (PW and ID) for your SRO acc.. you log in but it says error or something and you never recieve free bot but in stead get hacked..

(i am told that they even wait and monitor your progres for a day or two then when you are stalling and afk they use DC bug with thief scroll, log on to your acc clean it and even clean guild storage, make your PK as high as posibble, withdraw people from your guild or if they get GM they destroy whole guild -- so please be carefull people)

that first SS was taken by me (and that dude yeling the link is allso hacked char. they use their main chars only for taking the goods from someones acc)...

I play in Eldorado and this guy i don't know starts a conversation with me. He compliments my SoS sword and was suggesting things I've already read in the forums (namely swords are for int...yada...yada...yada), then this guy went and asked for a look at my sword :shock:

. I continue on talking to him and after a while he stops responding when I told him I know already what he was saying. Here's a screenie...

I don't know if this is really a scam

a guy called Blue_Shadow on Rome said he could make a sos glavie to som, by sitting inside a house drinking 2 potions, item auto share on, i was supposed to drop the sos, he would get sos while i got som, a bug that only worked once. ofcourse i didnt trust him

LOL quite honestly i feel bad that you were all scammed. I have never been scammed. because i dont give out my pw and i always check exchange boxes and make sure items im trading are what they think they are. that is if I even use the exchange box. usualy ill just use a stall. If youve been scammed its probobly soley out of carlessness in dealing with valuble items, or your ignorance about some aspect of the game. besides its not like anyone is gona acutaly read through this huge list and remember the name of every single scammer. this is like the less lame less pathetic version of people bitching on globals that they got scammed.

lol...i don't know about the other guys who posted before me, but dude...yea, seem you did not read through the thread...be they victims or not...i find that the main purpose here is to just list the "known" scammers in the game to make the SRF community aware...

i am speaking for myself here, but i find that we are not "bitching" as you succintly put it (though less lame and less pathetic right? lol).

anyways, fyi, had my SRO account for over a year now and i take the necessary precautions to protect it and keep it secure...and in the case that i posted above...well from his first message to me, i smelled from a mile away that he was scamming (ffs look at his IGN!), just played along with him to take a screenie to prove that he was scamming and for me to report to joymax (which to my frustration did not go well due to their buggy "bug" report form).

man, if you find threads too long to read...then move on to the next one and don't post any hastily drawn conclusions... :banghead:

the topic starter hasn't posted here for a long, long time. besides I don't think any scammer is going to keep their account for this long anyway, why don't you guys make a fresh topic with a 2008 list or something, it will be less confusing than having a bunch of old names who probably aren't around.
