Regardless of how shitty the quality or the video itself is..the truth is that a 2hand warrior can never kill a glavier that has +5 set and 85+5 shield and snow shield on when warrior use DD, Kd. specially if vigors are involved..skins/bless we go off before snow shield.

have you tried killing a 2hand/cleric with light armor on that has a shield and cleric rod out?
doubt you can.

shield defense from 85+5 shield base stats =
+153 phys defense and 24% reinforce
+246 mag defense 38% reinforce

light armor passive defense @ lvl 90 with cleric rod equipped =
Glory Armor +117 physical defense
Favor armor + 212 magical defense

cleric self defense buffs @ lvl 90
Body Diety + 179 physical defense
Soul Diety + 318 magical defense

whats that all together...
+449 physical defense
+776 magical defense
can you break through that?

how about adding +5 light armor set and being able to heal 6,300 HP + 300% reflect (somewhere around 10k HP) every 3 seconds with holy recovery
Plus also noting the fact that holy recovery division (3k hp healed every 5 secs) would be on and they could cast endles healing cycles (3k hp EVERY SECOND). And all those figures aren't added with an 85+5 100 to 300% reflect Cleric rod.

not even a sun glaive can kill that (couldnt even at 80cap), so its no prob for a 2h/cleric during those non bless non skin periods, although there might not be a good one on your server i can assure you that there are on other servers.

So yes, you can hide behind your snow shield + shield out
but a warrior can hide with their cleric rod + shield out.

Do you realize what skills hes "spamming"? SSE,SSS and Windless. Those three skills work very well together and they are defense breaking skills. Mars comes after doing those skills for a certain amount of time.

You are welcoming me to silkroad? Sorry mate, I been at this for a little over 2 years. And no, not any build with good gear is 'ownage' (whatever that is supposed to mean). When a lvl 86 Warrior/Cleric kills a 90 Farmed glavier with +5 set and +7 glavie while wearing half NPC-ish gear with just 3 maxed out parts.. I am pretty sure that is what overpowered means.

But what would you know about that.

Just to add something on your Orbit vs Cycle, LockStar.



Well now, you see they upgrade on diffrent levels ...
Healing Cycle - 84, 90, 96
Healing Orbit - 86, 92, 96

Now ... Overall no matter what cap it is, I perfer Healing Cycle from few reasons.

• Faster casting time
• Less MP consumed (2x less)

Well, my biggest problem is MP, so Healing Cycle hands down...
Just a note over here: Healing Cycle in effect > Healing Orbit at 90th cap, but at 100th cap Healing Orbit will heal slightly more, but I'd ignore that, and take Healing Cycle because of casting time & less MP consumation.

Yes Nitro, healing cycle and holy recovery over and over.
Really low MP usage and overpowered heals.
You can't kill the build with that much defense, and i forgot the knockback you're right.
That makes it even more unfair.
Sure Ragnarok can make a vid about him tanking a 2hand with snow shield, shield, and vigors.
But im sure someone who still has a warrior/cleric can do the same, id do it but theres no way im installing sro cuz i know as soon as i do ill start playing again. i hate this f*ckin game haha.

ragnarok how you did it btw with the fast shield switch after a ghost spear? you got shield on ur belt then ghostspear skilland then glavie again or what?

I have Shield/Glavie on the quick slot to the side...still possible to switch to shield while performing Emperor or right after ghostspear by just clicking on the shield....if its on the belt is not possible to quickly switch to shield.

I have kill about every build there is in sro and i have also been kill by all build. I pvp at dw south a lots and only pvp with people that have same gear and blues. People with uncompleted set or does not have full blues are consider weak by me and i never pvp them. and btw don't ever get it over your head when u kill one or 2 other build. Cuz they either not farm or they don't have good set. Because after all this game is ALL about set and weapon. sry for my bad english. and if you don't like what i said...do i care? i don't even know or like you so save your time.

indeed, mostly if you win the other guy has just vbad gear or is far away from f/fd, you see the difference in tanking ability and damage so big, even with good gear i get ownd cause im not f/f.

The double 50% damage multiplier + a crit rapes the glaivers MP to nothing. Continue this till the dull ends, zip, Daredevil and turn rising. Few crits with dull and KD can kill him anyway with the swing crits. I critted Green, who has 70~80 ish ice (in his garm set) for 2 12k crits in snow with triple swing, then 7k and a 6k crit with charge swing ( cuz he was out of KD ) and killed him in snow with an 85+5 shield on. He has a nice garm set too.

This would work cuz you have 100% chance of inflicting dull...100% of kd, working, 100% chance of getting the crit. at the right time.

99% of warriors start with either bless/skins...that shield trash is the last thing they do, so they can wait for skins/bless again...if you start using shield trash i'm guessing you are doing this with bless/skins cuz that chances are that you will die before u get dull inflicted.

Was that guy just fighting noobs or what? I'm wondering cuz the damage output looks insane, and the damage that spear hybrid was doing I could do more damage then that at 80 cap with s+s...

I quit the game over a year ago after I got best s+s int gear on server (full sosun armor + sword, almost all maxed blues- no sosun shield or jewerly but they were still really good) fully farmed and a half farmed guy with sosun glaive almost 1 shot me... and people even with +5 could kill me with 2 crits. Looks like the same overpowered BS again. Just came back to playing yesterday wondring if I should continue to waste my time to face unkillable glaivers (even when I had sosun weapons) that can almost 1 shot you or does snowshield really help that much?

37 sec in, 9.4k GSM crit, I had about 9.8k hp pure int...

Best part is he wasn't even 80 mastery there and yes it's pk2 edit from over a year ago (March 17, 2007)- but it's all 8d lvl 80 cap. here's ss of most of my gear from back then minus helm and bracers, and funny thing is most of it was +5'ed and alchemy fixed by the time that vid was taken. Can tell it's old screenshot look at gdf in job slot.

I was trying to point out that..u can't rely on dull..."start with shield trash>>will be pill off>>>dull again>>>switch to 2hand"... u might inflict dull in the 1st 5 sec..or in the next 20 sec..when pill>>>u might inflict dull in the 1st sec. or in the next 30 sec....are u just going to stand there getting stun my Emperor/SSS over and over gain>>>u can't pot while stun...recovery might get cancel..sure u can pot..but chances are u will never gain maximum heath if you are continue to be interrupted by stun and that 15 sec. pot delay ect. and please don't say u can never die if you keep healing yourself..with division ect.

About how you start PvP thing... I start it with Bless, Shield Trash *if dulled*, 2h --> Sprint Assault, Turn Rising and if he gets KD-ed
I use Charge Swing followed with Double stab (with 1h sword).

Well its all about who am I fightning against ... I had awesome PvP tonight, fought against s/s nuker with +5 shield and sword (lv.64),
while I'm in NPC Light Armor with +0 lv.64 swords.
Was pretty awesome, I won 7 battles and in three of them, we aranged that there will be no bless / skins, while he won only two
(He was using snow shield all the time, we waited it to recharge).

The tactic was simple really - Bless and dulling KDing - Charge Swing - Double stab, Maddening ... when bless runned out put skins on, do some bashing ... and if he wasnt dead yet, I simply switched to Cleric Rod and Shield, casted Soul Blessings, Healing Cycle and I spammed Shield Trash, with Over Healing + quick Turn Rising... and tanked him like that ...

When his Snow Shield was over, Maddening ended the battle ...

Cant wait to get to cap and pimp my gear
