people complain about bots, and now i see people having a "sad time" because there's no freaking legit 90 arround.

I think the answer is quite ovbvious no? because it takes a shitload of time, if not to much time to get a 90 char, let alone having it farmed.

wasnt trying to bitch, i was just making an observation. you'd think out of 3500 people in the server there would be a couple legit 90s running around. sorry if thats too unreasonable of an assumption for you.
