Attack Rating is one of the best stats on weapon, hitting for the highest dmg,the one I have its just as/or stronger then a +7 with 41% phy/42% ar ect.

AR 81%+10% Premium+, 10% Honor buff 5% avatar,30% from hit scrolls, really adds some dmg.

Thats only stupid glavie, you will fix it, its not that hard.

I laugh at "it's not that hard". My friend had around 400million from a sosun drop during 80 cap. He had the perfect 80% phy/mag awesome blues glavie +7. The crit was 8 at the start. He wanted it to go higher. He spent around 375m on alchemy trying to get an awesome crit and ended up with 2.

Its not that hard, altough sometimes you just dont have luck. I made few 15+ crit on my xbows with less than 10 stones each time, altough one xbow didnt want to go phy % above 30% I wasted a lot money and at the end sold it.
