wtf are they doing.. euro are ment to party play, this only encourages them to solo. the only thing that made chinese and euro equal is the euro pot delay, and sure, the chinese would normaly come out on top in 1v1 pvp, cuz chinese are MADE to 1v1.. now we are just going have more vigor spamming whores with 70% sun sets claming they own cuz they can pot so fast which makes up for their lack of skill and a shitty build also who is going to need a cleric any more when u can stack up only pretty cheap vigors and go grinding or pvp (as a euro should be doing group pvp anyway, not 1v1 so they should have a cleric..)

wtf r u talking about, euros always used vigors, and from ppl they were cheaper in my server 500k for 50, lol, it won' chnage anything, i always used them and i will use now.

+1 euros always been using vigors for pvp....the only difference now is the endless supply.

In the other hand almost every Chinese does NOT use vigors for pvp, (mainly use for job wars/trades) but since now they are available @ NPC they might start using them. since the cost is 20k each it won't be spam. if they were cheaper...good luck killing a Chinese pure str. +5 set+snow shield. that spams regular pots every sec. and vigors every 5 sec.

Im complaining that they put them in the NPC's because of the effect theyll have in the game on combat. Now that there is an abundance people really just cant run out... everyone will have some.
