you can only have it at +4 if it fails, thats still getting it from 4-11.
getting +0 to +7 is easy when u compare it to +4 to +11, im sure enchanting an item one more lvl gets harder as it goes up.
greece is a farked up server, there are too many goldbuying ccfers that rule the economy.
500mil is a piece of shit on greece, you can get that amount easy cuz people buy everything for whatever price its set, there are no gold limits. Everyone on greece has an absurd amount of gold, even legits like azilius have broken the 1bil mark without trouble. I took a screen shot of their elixer prices after cap raise on the stall network. I haven't seen another server break the 1.5million gold per weapon elixer mark yet like that god damn server.
also, i think that xbow that 4x4 was showing was sold for almost 5bil gold. but who gives a sh1t.
as long as you have a good pt you can take anyone down on that server cuz half of it are kuwaitys with iq's of 50. The only way they can do shit is by having uncapped/jobbed clerics and bards on the side, ON TOP of having multiple sun items and/or full sun sets.
