lol i was lv 15 and i could tank lv 12 pt mobs and norm giants wit small hp pots trick is use ice bolt first so they can get frost bite or freeze it helped me

wizards are fine :s who cares if they cant tank, when fighting mobs, if wiz is careful you dont worry about getting hit

the mobs should be ones worried about tanking, wiz is fast enough to hit all non range mobs before they reach wiz

My main problem with wizards is what if you have a random 5 sec lag? You'd be dead

I always wonder the meaning of tanking something... isn't tanking it is just letting it hit you while you do nothing? like walk off to get a beer than come back and you are still alive because you tanked it.

Party giants or giants, no problem.

i could kill giants at lvl 20ish on my 2hander
i could kill giants at lvl 40 on my wizard (with rd)

surprisingly, i could kill giants at lvl 14 with my warlock
killed 5-6 giants with my warlock/cleric with shield bash

i think tanking is when they shoot at superman and he only stands there and it show the bullets bounce of his chest and he jsut laughs

wizzy cant tank giants..but can kill giant 1 v 1 if used correctly.fear and root are ur best friends

As a lvl 32 wariror grinding on cloisers i can comfortably tank 2 giants at once with just 2h without using my cleric sub.

Tanking a giant is easy, Kb, Kd, Kb and if you have to afterwards, charged swing. Use sprint assault whenever possible to use for an extra chance at kb and stun.

Also i tried grinding at ongs for a while and i was easily able to tank a giant ong with with 2h. I fail to see how its hard at all.

And just in case you need to know, 2 gap with npc / dropped + 0/1 gears

Full NPC everything with a three gap. Once 40 hits close the gap and get maddening and iron skin. Now you can tank anything you want without Vigors.
