Premium Plus only gives people 5% lucky.... They changed that a week after they released it. Not only does a weapon have a certain luck %, but each weapon will + at a certain "time".

Premium PLUS has "Alchemy probablity 10%".
Lucky 5% represents drop rate. I asked a GM a long time ago.

Alchemy probability includes: blue stats and adding +'s
Lucky: Increase in drop rate by 5% (tablets, armour, weapons, potions, etc) when fighting monsters.

As for TIME, it wouldnt have a huge impact.
If you played during the old days at 70 cap, you might remember they had a roll-back of around 1 week due to the gold duplication bug.

I had created a 64+7 glaive and 64+7 spear. After the roll-back BOTH went back to 64+4.

I then repeated the alchemy the same way as i did before and got them to +5,+6 and +7 (both) in one go. Which is what had happened before they did the roll-back. Which gave me the biggest HINT that weapons infact have their own unique tracks of success.

actualy your both wrong. they are both correct but one of the spellings is british english and the other spelling is american english. isro is full of inconsistancies in the use of english. alot of the english in the game is a mix of american and british english

i mean.. i had that Xbow with Crit 19 and 80% phys, and i used like over 20 elixirs trying to get it over +3 but i couldnt.. DONT tell me its not worth it! where the heck am i supposed to find another Xbow with stats like those..
anyway, after i did all those trials and got desperate i decided to stop and try again another day.. what actually happened is that the +ing proces seemed to be far more easier the next time i tired it. instead of failing several times on a row to get +2, i got +3 in ONE shot. so, given the the weapon is the same, i guess that hidden luck attribute might not be true.. or at least it also has something to do with time as well, idk.

Time makes a difference trust me, don't do alchemy if the server is crowded, if you got a spare computer, try to login another account (without premium) and if it does not get in within the first 3 tries, it's not a very smart move to do alchemy

you all can call this bs, but I have wasted alot of gold + silk trying to do alchemy during high traffic server times, and I have seen the difference in success when it's crowded and when it's not, so yes time related to server traffic makes a difference with alchemy

the other is try +ing on a different character, soemtimes I think this premium + is a curse, I've gotten more items +5 on my stall character without a premium than my main character that has premium plus. Makes me wonder if you use a character that does less alchemy if their lucky is a little higher than one that does alchemy all the time.. who knows.. can't be proven either way or the other, the whole idea is too easily contested.

just tried to get it past +3 again right now.. used ANOTHER 20 elixirs and failed again
wierd thing is, it keeps getting +3 from the first time but never gets to +4
