joymax wants easy profit, not every company strives to be the best or the highest gains, joymax just slides by, they aren't a major corporation nor are they trying to be, for one they probally beleive they'd fail if they tried for 2nd why go out of your way when you make enough money as it is to make it by nicely. Idk maybe they are trying and just suck at it. one thing is for sure they've realized alot of silk buyers aren't happy with the bots and they realize they can't get new customers if new customers can't log on and try the game, which is why they are half ass banning, but its almost entirly a failed attempt to save face, though they don't seam to be very intent on running the game, maybe its just they are anti social and don't want to hire gms or new developers to speed production, either way they aren't trying to be the best other wise they'd at least display some more effort. But hey its a free game or a pay to play game depending how patient you aren't
