Not a scam. You don't give him your weapon.
You order it from him. He asks for price you give him a decent price and he makes it for you and trades it for that price. Hes not a scammer. He doesn't do gear btw only weapon. He says gear is tougher for him. For me gear is easier than weapon.
Hes a nice guy btw. He doesn't scam. I know him well enough to know its not a scam. Also that he has done this for people.

Like I said he probably is waiting for last tier to +9 weapon anyways.

I can confirm this, since im in the same guild as our uberplusser.
He makes a +7 as easy as we make a +3, and doesnt scam other people.

It is, I say there's been a +14 in game .. and D2A fans say there hasn't. But anyway .. what mike said. +255 is/was the highest possible you could get .... not that ANYONE would ever reach that .. unless Joymax introduces a +1 100% stone.

Make = Present Continuous. Which means .. can happen anywhere in the future. Thus, from that sentence you mean he will go make the first +14.

yea i have seen the guy awsome glaive awsome gear hes a nice guy never heard of him selling +9's thoug but i geus oO_Speedy_Oo in our server does the same ? cuz he made 3 +9 glaives .. lawls
