the sro site said we can install it already .. but i still get the msg where i cant install this till the update .
tho like 5 of my friends already installed ..

and just for some extra help this is where i downloaded my sro with no problems and it will take about an hour and a half, just enough time for the update ^^

1.make sure u uninstall ur old one
2.allow sro on ur firewall program so it can connect to net and know its alloowed to d/l
3.redownload if above dont work

after installing there's a patch but i then got this error:

That there normally means that heaps of people are trying to dl the patch at once. Try update it again. Keep trying pretty much.

YAY downloading and its installign WOOOT WOOT 10 minutes late from the "time" it was suppose to open. So I got 1h+ to spare. Gonna go eat hehe.

I have it installed & ready. I tried to log in but it said all the servers were in Check (Maybe with a bit of luck I would've found a glitch, but unfortunately )
I downloaded the client directly from Filefront and it's called SilkroadOnline_GlobalOffi0.exe. And I didn't use the downloader So if this was any help to all of you.

When I click the new SRO installer, I wait about 30mins for that "Please Wait..." sign, then this error comes up. Anyone have any ideas how to fix it?

Most probably found a hidden gem made by one of the modders at 0x33 to allow them to install it. bleh, but we're all legit so we would never use such an atrocious edit.

0x33 never made such a thing. Maybe if you look into things before blaming other people, maybe you'd know a little something. I happen to know they didn't because my friend has an 0x33 account and there's no such thing.

BTW: You could have downloaded the game already BEFORE May 20th. You guys are so..blind. =.=
If your LegendIII was downloading during the inspection, you would have to start over After the inspection.
