The statements about 'correctness' of language are also 'incorrect'.
Language is a tool used to express concepts and aide communication; as such there are rules.
The 'proper' term when describing grammar mistakes is neither 'correct' nor 'incorrect' but instead termed 'standard' or 'sub-standard'.

An argument could be put forth that the strength of our communications, the ability to forcefully convey meaning, is better served with succinctness and commonly understood utterances. Communications could be said to be a 'cloud' of understanding that surrounds the conversation. Hence listening has its 'rules' as well. Interference such as 'diatribes' (also known as rants and 'tongue lashings') and eristic dialogs (disputes serving no purpose also called 'my pee-pee is bigger' battles) or satirical criticisms detract from the 'clear weather' needed to enhance the process of understanding between the two (2) parties.

According to the above argument saying,

noop is done on purpose, my buddy PWND always says "noop" and I'm like "wtf lol" and he says it's for flavor and flare.

Also, bore is correct, if it is used properly. You can say 'This is a bore', but you can't say 'this is bore'.
