I hope everyone is enjoying the server traffic, the goldbots, the great costumer support, the player bots, the intense GM activity, all the love Joymax staff gives, the uber events that appears OH so often, and the fact that it costs more than most other MMORPG's, if you want to be able to login, which can be nice. However, the login screen itself, is a great game in itself. Success rate below 5%.

if 30% of their member subscribe to softmode weekly (4$ /week)
(8500*0.3)*4$= 10200$ per week thats good money..

only reason of them closing down would be due to pressure from isrobot makers...

They're just shutting the forums now....They're programers..They've exploited SRO enough....Now they;re looking for bigger and better projects..

And SRO was made for botting....supposedly you can pk2 edit a bot yourself...

I will say that there are some ppl in 0x33 I really liked, Madre is one of the best friends I have had in a game beside Fly himself... but Im glad they are done with making a bot for SRO. They are not all of the problem by any stretch of the imagination, but they are a significant portion of it.

Probably not. The fact that they got the fortress they have hope of regaining it. If they lose it, they know its possible to win it back however on Venus they have never had that feeling so they don't think its possible.

I'm happy for you legit kids that softmod is finally coming to a halt, however you seem to forget the impact 0x33 had on SRO altogether, although you might not like to admit it we made a lot of progress in figuring out the way silkroad was put together and we had a lot of useful tools and guides, in fact a lot of guides on this forum were written by 0x33 members (Drew_Benton is on this forum too and I never saw you ban him, his ties to 0x33 are crystal clear and thats one of your criteria for banning).

You will most certainly not notice a decrease in server traffic, sux, bummer, get over it, server traffic = clientless bots

there will be a lot of players leaving sro though, including myself, 0x33 closing made me realize that silkroad just sux and w/o any means of actually "not" playing it I just don't feel like continuing.

0x33 will not die, we'll just move on to better and newer stuff, silkroad has overstayed its welcome Imo, if you look at it as an outsider we have taken a lot of shit from joymax normal players of other games would NEVER tolerate, we've all become slaves of our addiction, and are therefore blind to see how Farking useless and crap silkroad really is.

I think it's safe to say 0x33 had an amazing community. The thing is, if 0x33 is pulling out, it just proves how horrible this game is. I highly doubt they were receiving any pressure from other parties to disband, seeing any type of threats are worthless. Maybe they did get everything out of SRO that they wanted. Joymax knows Silkroad is already to far down the drain to save.
