Ya that's him, and the server is about that old,I have only used 1 Premium ticket, and am about 1/3 of the way through the second and i started relativly close to the start.

I see him always getting Yarkan to spawn when he's bugged and getting killed by others just to fvck with them. And he kicked a few of my guild/unionmates from the Yarkan party so he would get the kill not them. He is very much disliked in Neptune.
