I don't pvp, but isn't the point of it to test your skills against another? making such rules is pointless, your not fighting at full capacity, and making the fight harder for yourself.

if your opponent can't handle you at 100% there's no reason for them to challenge you

Holy crap... I don't see what people's problem is. If he used his buffs, in 45 sec he would at least land 1 maddening crit and the mana shield would be off. Either way, buffs or no buffs, because he is a warrior/cleric he would win as long as he doesn't get stunned at the wrong time.

I don't see why you have to bash the guy for having some chivalry.

Iron wall last 15 secs, and mana shield would eventually run out. What you guys don't realize is that the warrior can tank the hits well enough that he could switch to cleric and wait 2 mins/run around for 2 mins, then win within that 1 min when the glaiver has no mana skin. It was 3:1 anyway, so buffs would only help the warrior...it's not like mana skin would have saved the glaiver with that 17k crit followed by a 7k crit.

Against a glaiver, he can not only use bless spell, but can also use mana and iron skin separately, since they would both reduce damage, and mana skin would reduce a good 20% dmg, so if he wants to limit himself and still win, I don't see why you have to blame him for it.

Alright, instead of everybody bitching about the fact that he wasn't fighting about 100% capacity, how about we look at it from this point of view then...

You [a 2h warrior sub cleric], having just dispatched a sun player still have bless spell/skins on cool down. The glaiver that jumps you had a similar situation. How would the fight turn out?

I don't know if most of you realize this, but a battle doesn't always play in your favor. You won't always have mana shield available, or the ability to cast bless spell. How you do during these periods of time is JUST as important as you would with it. Many claim that euros are worthless without their uber buffs; luis just proved otherwise.

I'm not claiming that euros are useless without the buffs, if your a EURO and can pwn without the buffs, more power to you, but the two fighters were alone, there's no reason to limit one's self unless your testing yourself or just screwing around

The request was probably made by the glavier, not to use those buffs. Since seriously, with the skins on the dmg is so much less that it's mana shield at anything under 35-40% looks useless.

the request didnt came from the glavie =)) it came from me couze no normal player really wants to pvp me with bless on couze blabla read above posts espacialy >> Nyahgis <> torinchibi << posts , they mostly get mi point
this was pvp at standart capacity so that chances are eaven

if a glavier puts on MS he have no mp left to fight, fighting a euro with crits his mp would be a 0 in the first 15-20 seconds, so actually the warrior gave him more of an advantage.
