Not true. With a GT and ST you're getting 1.5*SP. With just ST you're getting 2*SP.
Basically it's 100% of your base EXP gain and SXP gain with gold ticket. Then with added ST you just add another 100% of the base SXP gain.
originally - 100 exp 100 sxp
w/ gt - 200 exp 200 sxp
w/ gt, st - 200 exp 300 sxp
So with gt and st you're not getting as much SP per level as with just a skill ticket, but you get the SP faster.
Easy way is take the SP per level and multiple by 1.5 if you have gt and st.
