So sox has no + to the %'s when they are fresh? I don’t think this is true. In the past couple months I picked up an harp, euro shield (som), and a piece of armour of some sort. Im pretty sure there were stats on them.

His XP/SP gain can be explained by turning in quests, and it's possible there were % on an item granted from So-Ok. It's also possible he'd be granted an item that's a degree lower because I've seen lvl 24 SOM drop from a lvl 34 mob... but what I don't get is this... he has no other event items in his inventory, but he's standing next to So-Ok like he just turned them in. I kinda doubt he'd go back to his storage, put away the items, come back to So-Ok and take the ss. We'll see over the next few days, but I'm willing to say from this screenshot that:
