I saw a wizard lvl 50 killed a lvl 64 with one shot! is euro too pwerful for the chinese?

What gear did this lvl 64 have? And what build? It makes a lot of difference... I have 1-hit lvl 58s on my lvl 48 hybrid spear that I used to have...the lvl 58 was pure int s/s in armor, so certainly a euro lvl 50 wiz SHOULD be able to 1-hit a lvl 64 int spear in armor no problem.

if the euros have very high damage and have 15 second pot delay, i think arabians will have -15 sec delay (4 pots in 1 second)and their damage will be lower than a blader with a npc blade =\. and chinese will be in the middle of the spectrum .
