NO! We don't need the 90 cap. It's hard enough to sell low level (55-)items as it is because everyone is rushing to the cap, whether hand grinding, botting, or plvling. Mostly power leveling because they don't need gear if they just sit on a horse all day.

Level 53 used to be considered high level... :-P
