Anyways to clear up a point, in order to sue in Federal Court, which covers suits with Co's in other Countries, the minimum sum of loss is $15,000 USD.
So there, if you can prove you lost $15,000 and have additional 100K for your attorney, I'll join with you in class action suit. However, I went about it the right way, I posted reward for the actual hacker, and it worked. So there. I'm still out all my gear, but who cares, they're not enjoying it either. Peace bro.
