Excuse me? Dedicated legit players that are motivated have the ability to reach level 80 or 90, and even get fully farmed. On Oasis, I know many legits that have made it to 80 with maxed skills. Deacon is one. I, myself is one as well.

Bots are probably the only reason getting to 90 cap will be hard. Getting to 80 cap is pretty easy if you grind all of your GT time and 90 cap shouldn't be that much different.
