To nukers ; Who's dropping their Fire for lvl 90?

ice, light and fire for 90 cap, i like fast grinding and killing uniques, seems like a good build for me

I'm doing that build for the same reasons.

i already tried the new nuker build, bicheon, ice and light to 80/90, didnt like it, i would lose unique battles all the time, now i always get the kills

btw, i have full int5 gear and +7 sword mag attack and reinforce 61%, crit12, but using the bicheon moves, getting a crit more often doesnt make up for the loss of damage from the nukes

I already deleveled fire for ice. First on my lvl 78 pure int s/s nuker. I was in garms (extra mag def because you dont have fire buff) and could easily tank a glaiver my level, and this was before mana shield came out.

I also did it on my pure int spear char and I do very well in pvp. Mana shield+ice buff def =good defence

The light nukes are as strong as fire nukes, and the second book of lightning is still effective at 80.

The only real advantage to having fire imo is fire shield, but if JM did what they did in ksro, it wont be needed anyways.

i think fire would only work great for hybrids.

s/s pure are already low in hp, you need the defense from ice to make it up

Ice is overrated. I tried it and I think fire is better. The added defense does not make up for the loses of fire.

Anayways, Creating new char Hybrid INT 1:5 S/s With Light,Cold,Bicheon @ lvl90. And 30 Heuksal or so. Well lolz im now lvl 2x and i like it o.O.

I also tried the Light Ice Bicheon.

Frankly that build is hella weak. One strong nuke that's it. Second book lightning is not ok, its freaken weak compared to maxed out fire nukes.

Question is. You want to be effective in party grind? You want to hunt uniques. Be great damage dealer in large job fight?

Or

You want a 1 v 1 build?

Having Fire will let you be awsome in unique hunts, large job fights, great damage dealer and overall great support.

Light Ice (Weapon) is only good for 1 v 1. Frankly in SRO 1 v 1 is about as boring as it can get. Incredible boredom.

INT is supposed to be a support damage dealer. But people want a Pure INT to be a tank. Whatever, seems really lame to me.

You need the MAg attack buff in light mastery, else u'll hit a lot lower :/

My nuker will have fire, light and ice maxed to 90 then to 100 where i will eventually quit.

i am a 68 S/S pure int nuker

i had light, fire and bicheon untill lvl 54 then i delevelled my whole fire tree and now my cold is maxed...

at cap you only need 1 nuke(pvp wise), lightning is the strongest so screw fire
in pve i can cope with cold nukes, ice rain has nice splash dmg and stuff...i dont regret it that my nukes in pve are weaker now

since i wear garment i dont need magical def buff
since i am pure int i dont need physical dmg buff
fire shield is the only usefull thing that fire got to offer me and that is no match for a maxed mana shield (a MUST for ints, i can tank like hell), a physical def buff and the passive...

Force could be good too....look a build like heuksal, force and cold maxxed... pure int....maxxed MP+maxxedHP+Mana shield ? but useless for anything else ofc.

nukers dont need extra mp...
and force is only a little bit usefull when it is your own lvl (therapy circles), but anyway...the real healers are euros so i see no use in a chinese going for force =)
