I tried that once; it didn't work. Paypal told me they have no policy with regards to virtual items, so if you wish to try this you have to word it very carefully. I was open and honest about losing access to my account, and JM not being willing to help out, so me effectively not being able to use the items I payed for. Paypal decided the issue against me automatically (automatic denial by their program), and their representative on the phone told me that they do not intervene in disputes about virtual sales.

Not true. You can charge back anything up to 45 Days.

http://www.wisebread.com/the-sale-after ... rgebacks-0

Once you’re past the 45 day mark, PayPal won’t allow chargebacks and the transaction is officially complete and closed.

So, how your friend chargedback $3000? Means he wasted in 45 days $3000 For silkroad? Nice try to lie. l0l

BTW. I just had fcking good sex with Gargamel, and he told me he will do rollback. YES!!!

because players are being substituted by goldbots. 1 player leave= 10 goldbots take his place.
I have personally heard conversation on english with some guy from joymax and a lady (both of them have a very , very bad english) and they do not wish to do anything about it. They CONFESS that they delete posts from bug report that have word HACK in it , not even looking at it. They are closing their eyes on the issue and hoping it will be forgotten. You have been given a number and a source where it was gotten from. You dont believe the conversation occured ? call the number and talk to people yourself. End of story.

because technically its not their problem if you get hacked. Their assuming that you got hacked because you were stupid enough to share accounts. However, recently it was their fault that all these people got hacked.

did i say i dont believe that joymax said that? no i didnt. i said i dont believe that thousands of people have gotten hacked.
1 player leave= 10 goldbots take his place.

1 player=1 slot
1 player =/= 10slots
so technically
1 player cannot have 10 gold bots take his place unless their using premiums
End of Story

Technically, you don't own anything... Not even your characters in game... :P

Main reason why ebay stopped auctioning off game accounts or in game items/gold...

No the account is not yours, it does state that in the T.O.S but BUT it does state that Joymaxs responsiblity is to protect their customers, and with a bug on their web site regardless if you have the same ID and IGN, if joymax.com gave away your password or in this case made it so your password could be easily changed without having to know your SQ, which with this bug you did not need their SQ they are clearly in violation of their own TOS and therefor could be held liable, but the one thing that can make a differnce is if your a silk buying person, you would have more recoarse, you WOULD be able to sue for the money you spent on silk and be compisated for the time that you spent on that account easily meaning if you spent 1000 hours playing this game and spent $1,000 on silk you COULD sue them for say $16,000 and it would not be considered excessive.

Zulu wrote:They say Bot is a big problem but there is only so much they can do the bot is caused by the user and not the game. If people do not buy gold then there would be no gold bots. If people not in rush to get to 80 then there would be no bot. How can they check for bots because the bots play like human players it is too time consuming to check everything it will slow down the progress of future updates.

My translation.
1. Bot = gold = Joymax
2. Ban = bad business less players = less money
3. Open new server = more money = more pay

They will try their best to fix the bot issue but users will have to help themself and not support the gold company. Well it all BS.

this is precisely correct.

Where did you get that number?

where have you been today?

There were a lot but there weren't thousands comon.
I  you for some reason....to topic starter, its a game people will have to get over it. it was free to play in the first place, no one is telling you to buy silk is thier, when you buy silk its your choice no ones elses. And I totally disagree with your 5th cause, Get a life? If you don't have a life already you shouldn't even be playing games.

i didnt expect a rollback. but for them to place the blame on the players is just so lowbrow. then again what can you expect from jm

They are not blaming the players for the website.

They are blaming the players for giving out their Account information or any information that compromises the security of their account.

This recent hack didn't work if you didn't have their ID.

Person had to have gotten your ID somehow.

To me, this was not hacking. This was just a more devious and sophisticated method of scamming.

This is bullshit. The most gold anyone has in any of the servers is 2billion.
Funny how everyone that was hacked had full Seal of Sun gear right?

Did you lose a Ferrari in the Malibu fire as well?

You don't know jack diddly. Go play Perfect World.
