Whoa... I never knew that. Oh and is it true that the meteor sucks? Some guy hit me with it for 34k (rofl) and then when he used the new light nuke it hit for like 32k.

meteor nuke isn't as strong as 2nd fire nuke or 3rd light nuke, but it's got more aoe.

Alright this may be a bit off topic but im just asking... Do you guys go to skill masteries with how cool they look or just for power?

this is kinda a personalization thing... but i think most higher levels go for the power in a skill mastery.

ive seen light imbue do strongest bow crits.

It was the average of 30 odd hits.

This was only about the imbue used for skills, not the skills themselves. From what many people have told me, the 3rd light nuke is the strongest. Followed by the third book of fire, then the second. Third nuke only gets powerful near cap because it changes from 300% to 330%. The fourth fire nuke is weak, but it's hella fast, that's why gold bots have started to use just the 1st fire book and 4th (if you notice closely). =)

Yeah and the 3rd light nuke takes really long to cast. But seriously a friggen meteor should hurt more than a lightning bolt XD.

those %'s are cast time.

Fire imbue, nukes, everythign is all around more powerful. But it's barely noticeable at the cap. If max light, it's pretty much the same as a maxed fire. Most people have gone light as their main force mastery becuase they are looking ahead to later caps when you dont have the option to cap out every mastery available to you. ei. the 150 cap where you will only have 2 masteries.

oh, and as far as light, very usefull later on if they fix it [as JM said they would] so that you can only use fire shield so long as you have a shield equipped. Can you say, bai bai parry?
