Exactly my opinion. But I don't think botters, which ever type they
may be gold bots (gold companies) or player bots are going to stop or change, I did but that's 1 person out of 999999. I think it's something that only Joymax can fix now and the only way to receive action is by bringing up the subject 24/7 to them.

I don't know what posts you have been reading, but your generalizations about whining are far fetched and unrealistic. All spam is annoying. I dont see how you can differentiate between the two.
As for the SRA issue. When a question is asked, she provides a prompt, related answer, more than what some people do. As long as the question is answered sufficiently, why do you care where it comes from?
