better try green/black tea


Green tea is probably better, but tea in general is bad for me :( I've got low iron (iron deficiency anemia) to start with, and tannins in tea bind to iron preventing absorption (what is an already low absorption rate to start with). So I have to avoid drinking tea, at least until my iron gets back up <.<.

damn that sux hard :( I would be crazy from that
