Green tea is probably better, but tea in general is bad for meI've got low iron (iron deficiency anemia) to start with, and tannins in tea bind to iron preventing absorption (what is an already low absorption rate to start with). So I have to avoid drinking tea, at least until my iron gets back up <.<.
