If it is like on cleric skills it means that 1% of the shot it will be like the opponent has 0 defence (absolutly damage depending on the damage you can deal). If this applied not only to monsters, but also to players a lvl4x or lvl5x could actually 1-hit a full sun lvl80 blader (they only need to be able to hit higher than 20-23k on a mangyang ) . Now Im starting to consider buy those wings .
Seems too powerful. I'd grind without HP pots lol.

*1 Slot for the dress itself
*1 slot for dragon flag
*1 slot for cape
and then there is another slot for hat and another for "attachment". I suppose that hats are silk hats (chajky, etc), but what is that you put on "attachement" slot?
EDIT:

Maybe it means it reduces 1% of the creatures phy and mag defense. Which is still significant but doesnt unbalance the game too much. Just a guess :/
i could remeber the game MU online with Ignore damege 3% in wings option... it helps...
i guess that they got a 1% probability that they could very hit hard since they ignore the mobs defence thus making the defence of the mobs to 0(zero).
it was just a theory...
As i ended the last chapter of my past never forgotten true love... ... a new one begins I'm begging to find a way on how to connect with someone new... ....somehow this new Chapter will be quite an experience.

Does the 1% ignore defense affect players too? It'll be nice to 1-nuke someone
Edit: Oops, I guess someone posted this 1 min before I did.
I think it's more like when you get healed... You get 25% bonus heal... That or you get to have a 25% bonus when you pot... Not sure, definitely sucks if it's just rest regeneration... Who the fck sits down when they hunt nowadays...
