-_-
you guys -_-

lol jm bans the wrong people
but they ban.

also a few days ago....
i was reading some stuff...

and apparently the bots...
dont log in using thier own acc.
they log into the game using some1 elses pass and id

so any future bans..
will most likely end up atking people with weak ids/passes
instead of the bots.

plus i really think joymax has a lack of good programers
in all honesty i think the bot programers are better at what they do.

what took JM a few months 2 translate....
took bot programers 2 days -_- ( i have suspicions that some1 from joymax is a traitor, and is giving the bot programers info)

you see the problem...
what JM needs 2 do is take thier anti-botting initiative 2 the next lvl
and do a weekly anti - bot update.

i also think they need 2 do a background check on thier employees.
and really dig up the dirt on them.

worst case scenario ( a mole within Joymax)

least likely scenario (joymax not caring)

its not unlikely that
in a small korean company, one of the programmers might get greedy
and ruin one of that companies many games by selling out to the enemy.

at least its better than saying all of joymax doesnt care.

either that or they got programmers that suck
(joymax needs 2 hire cruor)

I'm gonna let you in on a little secret. They didn't do much to stop the bots in the first place. The only reason the bots were stopped for a little while was that the euro update totally changed the client and Joymax put a few crappy security checks into the exe. It took a while for places like botsm*** and stuff to make a new compatible bot. Thats why like a week or so after euro you only saw a few people botting here and there. Those were the paid bots. Now the paid bots are cracked and thats why it's rampant again.

All they really need to do is ban the gold botters, those are the ones that take up space. I remember when euro 1st came out and then the reg bot came out but no one would use it b.c they were afraid to get banned and the servers were only populated. THEN the gold bot came out and all of a sudden it went from populated to full in a matter of 2 days and still, my grind spot was empty b.c the player bots still didnt want to bot. SO IMO they just need to ban the gold bots then ppl will be able to log in and they wont have to sit here and talk about how much JM suck bla bla bla etc....btw JM ROCKS! :P 8)

my $0.02

ADD: the reason i know the player bots were botting is b.c i didnt get a single bot party invite while in Hotan :)

my dad works at joymax. he goes at work at 11 pm which is REALLY LATE FOR KOREANS and then he eats korean pasta and shrimps and he gained a bit of weight. he especialy likes tuesdays when they turn off the servers and watch korean dramas, some guys even cry! ITS A SHAME IN KOREA TO CRY. then they turn back on and go home. im really glad my dad works at joymax. we're rich now and he is more often at home.

who cares about the bot bans they were a placibo anyway. true it made some ppl happy seeing lists of banned accounts but the problem was never solved , servers were still crowded as hell from bots basicly being everywhere. what jm needs to do is to work on a solution that prevents ppl from entering the game with 3rd party programs like bots or an auto detact and block feature , i am no programmer but i am sure somthing like this can be done since other mmorpgs dont have such huge bot infestations.
