Dude, its a test server... they create those chars with that sp already... or not idk.

And Euro chars only level up 1 mastery unlike chinese.

It would be the most boring server ever. Yay! Hotan is empty and there's no competition lets walk around doing nothing but killing mobs. Woohoo gained a lvl and now I'm going to sit here and not pvp or job cause there's no one else to fight besides the 10 other players my lvl. >.> Real fun.............
