+1 means you totally agree with someone, on other forums you are able to give "Karma" points to someone.. So +1, if you disagree -1 but hardly anyone does that on these forums.. +2 and higher are just noobs trying to be cool..

you should probably bring this over to the marketplace area if you wanted a price for it...
but considering how much lvl 16 som chinese weapons go for, i'd say somewhere around 8-9mil.
