yes im taiwanese and i just talk...... i didnt spend much on it it was like a 1 in 10000000000 chance of getting that sun glaive and i heppen to be lucky.

u could but the phone part is very hard for people because i tried it with my cell in Canada and they are just to greedy to spend a little more money to message my phone in Canada

As for jewels, yeah man they make a huge difference. We were messing around on iSRO with my level 73 nuker and my union mate who is level 80. I'm INT and he's STR glavie. He has a full sun garm set but no sun jewels... just 3rd tier 8th Degree (level 72+) +5. We did a test and he put on one piece of NPC 8th degree (1st tier level 64+) jewelry and my nuke damage went up about 1k each nuke. By the time he had all 4 NPC jewels on, my damage went from 4k a nuke all the way up to 8k.

Yeah, it makes a huge difference.

That makes me wanna go back to China!

But I thought it was REALLY hard to get the Seal weapons from lottery. I had a jSRO Beta test account with virtually unlimited Silk (GEM they call it) and all I did on that test account was to try the lottery, and I eventually got tired of the thing. Not to mention I got nothing but useless 2nd prize stuff.
