Yea you are wrong. Not ven in ksro files is there a higher glow than +9. You probably seen someones modified glow like cruors or something.

in ksro there is a +11 glow
ive personaly seen a screen shot some were
it was reddish if i remember correctly

THERE IS NO OFFICIAL GLOW PAST +9, ONLY CUSTOM USER MADE GLOWS.
