i was inspired by blackmamba and did a farm there i had a sos +5 spear and sos protector set
if you cant afford a sos go for the sword +5
you can get a bit more of int/str due to your shield
and go armor or protector you will need that defence as an int the speed difference is not needed since they have a good spawnrate and if you got a grab pet you wont need to move that much anyway you
with my sos set i died quite a few times but oh well the longer your way the more sp
i rather suggest you go garments and farm ishades/hashades till you hit level 54 or 55
